We will explore all possibilities of heating systems (heat pumps, furnaces, in-floor heat, etc.), water heaters and fireplaces. Sensible Heating has experienced installation teams who will install all the required equipment, including chimneys and liners, combustion and make-up air requirements, ventilation including HRV's, bathroom fan systems and kitchen range hoods, and natural gas / propane supply lines to all of your appliances.

Sensible Heating will work with the design team of small commercial buildings and multi-family residential developments to install ventilation equipment and various other appliances including fireplaces. We work well with developers to arrive at solutions to various issues that arise in both the design and many construction phases.

We regularly meet with home owners to discuss strategies on replacing aging equipment with more economical, efficient and attractive appliances. Many home owners are now discovering the many benefits of replacing their original oil-fired appliances with new, smaller, more efficient Natural Gas appliances, and we are qualified and experienced in running all gas lines, ventilation requirements and appliances including furnaces, boilers, fireplaces, Heat Recovery Ventilators, Water Heating tanks and Instant Hot Water systems.
